New Macbook Air, sync problems with iPhone

Tried searching but no luck. Phone is sycned to my macbook and want to tranfer to new MBA. My contacts and bookmarks for safari transfered but all my music, ringtones, email and movies will not. I keep getting a warning that all music on the iphone will be deleted.

Please help to get things rolling

When I switched to MacBook from WinXP, I copied my Itune files on a hard drive and then transferred them to the Mac. When I synced my iPhone, it overwrote the songs that were on it with the "new data". Worked like a champ.
