Is there any easy way to do this? say i want to go to 1.1.4 (am on jb 1.1.3 now) what would be the method of doing this so i can reinstall them quickly when i upgrade without having to reinstall everyone?
i know how to ssh and most of this stuff. do i just have to go in and copy each thing over and remember what directory they go in?

you just answered yourself. go into you applications folder via ssh and back it up somewhere on your computer. update to 1.1.4, jailbrake, go to applications via ssh and drag and drop what you want. remember that not all apps are compatible with 1.1.4 yet so do some research first. or just modify the systempreferences.plist located in /system/library/coreservices

ok, cool. I just wasn't sure if there was an easier way to do it since I know some things are stored under the library like customize themes and stuff. So I'll just copy those over too.
