Help With Edge!

I am trying to use edge in queens NYC and it keeps telling me that it cannot activate edge, I'm not subscribed to edge. What gives with that? I'm on att with NO unlock, just jailbroken. It worked last night.....werid.

Maybe EDGE is down at the moment. Are you still able to make calls on GPRS?

Edge is not down, my girlfriends phone works fine on edge and she was right next to me. GPRS was not working either. Calls work fine.

I fixed it....or at least I think I did.
I have services installed and I turned it off, but i did turn it back on. I just did it a couple of times and it worked again.

Thats the risk/danger when you install third party apps.

oh well. I was about to restore...

Glad you got it sorted out, but you're right...that is just a risk of installing third party apps.
