Few Questions

I have a few questions about jail breaking.... I'm tired of waiting on apple :P

1. Can I restore to factory defaults, where apple can not tell that I have jail broken phone?

2. Does it void my warranty?

3. will I be able to update my phone to future iphone updates? Or will it disable my phone?

1. Yes.

2. Technically yes, but if you have any issues with the phone do a restore before sending it to Apple or taking to the Apple store and all should be good.
3. You can update anytime. Each time you update you'll have to rejailbreak. Most people will wait for new firmwares to be jailbroken before they update, though.
