iphone, Entourage & ical Sync Problem

I made sure everything is checked in all setup programs but for some reason my iphone and ical sync fine but my calendar in Entourage does not get updated with my appointments? Any help on this would be appreciated.

did you turn on sync services in entourage? Entourage Prefs->Sync Services.
