Percentage of iPhones jailbroken?

Does anybody have any idea of the percentage of iPhone owners whose phones are jailbroken?

On the simple side it would be Apples sales figures, minus ATT's figures on activated iPhones, minus an estimation of the number of phones in inventory.

Totally wild guess (therefore wrong): 200,000 to 500,000 phones (sorry I know that's not a percentage).
