text/IM pay per use? what the hell is that, and you can clearly see that i have plenty text messages left....

At least your not getting scammed by bid4prizes. They just sent me another text saying I was renewed. Great.

That's really bizarre. I would suggest calling AT&T and asking what the deal is. I just looked at my account but there is no such category under Data.

*smacks head*.......I sent a text to get a walk on roll in this scifi show.....that makes sense now. but damn, I didnt know they charge against your text message plan....that sucks asssssssss

I have the same thing on my bill and have never sent an international text or to a tv show.

I called AT&T and they have no idea what it is. They said to call back when I get my next bill if I get charged anything.

That makes no sense. It is on your bill and they do not know what it is? Will they take the charge off since they do not know what it is?

Unfortunately, this is, at least for me, what AT&T has become. I never had any issues with them before the became 'The New AT&T'. Since then, they all seem to have no idea what they're talking about and make mistakes with my bills often.
