Safe and Worth it to upgrade?

I have a 1.1.2 iphone that is jailbreaked. I was wondering if it was safe and worth it to upgrade to 1.1.3. or even 1.1.4. Also how would I do this. Thanks!

You would be ok updating to 1.1.3 since you can unlock/jailbreak with ZiPhone. However, since 1.1.4 only came out today you can only jailbreak and most of the applications will not work.

How would i go about updating to 1.1.3, what preperation will i have to do and also since 1.1.4 is out, were would i download 1.1.3
