Exchange 2003 and my iPhone.

Hi, any help would be great on this.

I have setup an iPhone to communicate with an Exchange 2003 server, configured Imap on server and works ok, however i do find it takes quite a while for emails to appear.

Anyone got any ideas ?

They dont appear aftera manual sync? Be sure your phone is set to sync every 15 minutes.
