Hey everyone, so I got the 16 gig iPhone a few days ago. I don't wanna jailbreak the thing till after the SDK in the hope that Apple will deliver the well needed apps that are lacking. My main concern is the exclusion of a word processor that can actually edit. So I ask to questions, does anyone know of a word processor that can be had for the iPhone without jailbreaking? Is there any reason to think that Apple might introduce one via a third party developer or within the brand itself?
Thank you.

I think it's much more likely that a 3rd party publisher will produce a word processor app rather than Apple themselves. Guess we'll find out relatively soon.

In the meantime, don't know if you've already tried it, but Glide - a web app - does let you work with and edit Word docs on the iPhone, and has quite a few other features as wel:
