So I know one of the knocks on the iPhone is the absence of push email. I was browsing through the webapps page at apple and I noticed an app called bulletin mail for iPhone. It says it does push email, has anyone used this app? And does it deliver?

I haven't tried it, but did a little reading on it after seeing your post. It may be interesting for some, but it looks like you need to pay $8.95 a month for the service, and it relies on sending text messages to your iPhone. For most people's definition, that probably doesn't qualify as real push email, and it is likely a very inefficient method in various ways, including battery-wise ...
For $8.95 a month, I would hope very soon some better Exchange support will be coming soon, and a hosted Exchange service could be had for less money, and provide real push and other features.
That's just from a very quick look though ...
