Since iphone is not coming to South Africa, can you guys point to the right direction where i can buy an unblocked phone...cos i seriously dont see myself without the iphone...

If it were me I would post a new thread spacifically with a title " purchased unlocked iPhones??? Or something of this nature to atract atention from those in your same situation. I know there are several regulars here who have ben in your same situation.

Try Ebay. If you don't have any luck, I don't think it's that difficult to unlock it. (I've never done it.)
