i just recieved version 7.6.1 from itunes. does anyone know anything about it they could share with me???

It just has some bug fixes. Nothing big.

Ah. I was hoping it would include something for the sdk. Or at least something interesting!

Big fixes and improves compatibilty with the Apple TV. FYI, there have been issues for some between 7.6.1.and jailbreaking.

will it brick the iphone if its jailbroken? my dad updated to 7.6.1 without asking me and my phone is jailbroken via the 1 touch ijailbreak for 1.1.3
. Is it unsafe for me to sync it?

I'm thinking you are ok if you are already jailbroken. It wont be long before any snags are worked out, anyway.....

hehe... i had it and didn't even know it. i have a 1.1.3 jailbroken phone that i synced on a mac last night with no issues.

I have synced my 1.1.3 jb with the 7.6.1 and it seams to be fine.

Mine works fine too. I upgraded my iTunes to 7.6.1 the day it came out and finally got brave enough last night to jailbreak my iPhone. No problems at all and everything still works great.
