Help, how to back up contacts on a PC

Hi everyone... need some help. I have a PC without outlook. How do I backup my names and phone #'s... that is all I am really worried about, incase my iphone crashes, or I lose it etc.

Thanks so much... couldnt find the answer through the search methods.

You can back everything up using windows address book. or you can buy a mac... I use windows address book for the time being, and while it is not the best of programs, it gets the job done.
