Device timing out?

Okay so I activated my iPhone 10minutes ago. I'm trying to copy a movie over in my sync, but it keeps saying "Device Timed Out". I also have 990mb of "Other", of which it was 114mb.

Any ideas? :(

EDIT:

Okay, still the same problem, but my "Other" grew to 1.5gb but is now back to about 193mb.

Okay has now stopped. No idea why...! Thanks anyway.
