if you are jailbroken 1.1.3 then NO (maybe yes with a few tweeks/fixes and time)
if you don't have a jailbroken phone then NO
if you have a 1.1.2 jailbroken phone then YES (search the installer for swirlyMMS)

1.1.3 so no problem I will wait until someone fix's that program

you can try www.pktpix.com (http://www.pktpix.com) its a start... sends to a persons cell for them to view on their web..
