winscp refusing connection

Not sure where this would go and also tried searching for something similar, but i successfully connected to winscp earlier and now it is refusing my connection any ideas why?!?!

check your ip on your iphone again. becuse mine was refusing my connection all day then i checked my ip by going to wifi then clicking the arrow on your connection and the last number on my ip adress changed so i fixed it in winsp and everything worked. try it
