FM Transmitter or if you receiver has an unused input jack in the rear you can install an adapter and use a regular cable. My wifes 99 Honda Accord has the optional input in the rear of her factory receiver that I was able to get an adapter for and to listen to the iPhone or iPod she just changes the input to CD and plugs the miniplug into her iPod.
