iNdependence 1.1.3 unlock glitched?

Hey - im trying to unlock a 1.1.3 iPhone using iNdependence through the hackmyphone.com website. When i try to activate it - a Error occurs and it says there was an error obtaining Ram disk file? Any insight?

why bother with this method? Go to MMi and look at thier wiki. Use Zibri's method. Takes about 30 seconds...
