installer problems

I'm having trouble with my installer. Often when I run it I have the problem of it hanging when it's 2/3's of the way of refreshing sources. Also, when I try to update apps ( such as SendSong 0.31) I get the message 'Error Package download failed: can't find host'. I'm running Installer v 3.0 on a 1.1.1 iPhone. Any ideas?

3.0 was made for 1.1.3 iPhones. Maybe that's the problem?

Refreshing sources took awhile for me when I was on 1.1.1/1.1.2. Did you install that Blaze Software thingy that adds nearly every source in the world?

I had Blaze, but have now removed it, still no improvement. How can I go to an earlier version of Installer?

Removing Blaze itself doesn't remove the sources.
