Videos that fit the whole screen without stretching

Is there any way to get a video on the iphone without distorting it, to fit the entire screen? When i use a stretch feature on a program i have called PQ DVD, it always looks distorted, heads are egg shaped.

Thanks for any help.Your best bet is to use a video (I'm assuming you're converting dvd movies?) that is already formatted for widescreen. All my movies are widescreen, so when I convert for the iphone, it fits nicely.

I use a program called "utorrent". I just download whatever movie i want from a site. Some guy formatted most new releases to the iphone specs.

If you have encoding options, choose 4:3 for non-letterboxed movies. This will force the correct video dimensions so that you don't end up with something that looks like a hong kong kung fu movie from the 70s.
