So bear with me, I'm still pretty new to the jailbroken, stuff etc.

I'd like to do ringtones, etc, but after I d/l Ibrickr it wants me to wipe out everything like I have already done with ziphone.

Is there any other programs out there that will just let me do it?

You don't need any 3rd party program to move your ringtones to your 1.13 jb phone. Move your ringtones to your itunes library, preferably the ringtones sub folder, and change the extension to m4r and then sync your phone. There is a thread regarding the exact technique if you are having trouble. Search for it.
