Can't download/uninstall apps

I was trying to get NES ROMs onto my iPhone and was successful with getting Mario Brothers onto it. But now I can't download/uninstall any apps! I keep getting an error message saying that the download failed. I uninstalled NES and deleted the ROM off from Winscp.

Please, I need help!

I've restored and tried over and over with the NES and the same problem happens. When I have NES installed and have a ROM in and I go to installer, whenever I try to download or uninstall any apps that I have/want, I get an error message saying the download failed.

UPDATE: I tried again and was able to download atleast 2 games before I got the error message.

UPDATE 2: I am not able to download psx4all. It seems that me trying to download that may seem to stop me from downloading anything else since I restart my phone and everything works fine.
