Verizon, the greedy bastards that they are, did pass because Apple was too demanding.

also they say they will roll out in September a new Samsung I believe it is which they call the "iPhone Killer" lol shouldn't be to hard to do for Samsung or maybe it was RIM? not sure but none the less it's coming
