Does anyone know if you will be able to use your iPhone like a portable hard drive like you can the iPod? I haven't seen anything on this in the videos or on the web, so i'm guessing no.

I'd bet money you can. It's such an easily implemented feature I can't see them not including it.

It seems the only way to get data on and off the iPhone is through iTunes. This would exclude the disk mode use so you would not be able to see it as a removable drive.

I really want this feature too. I won't have to keep up with all those thumb drive I keep misplacing.

You are correct. however, in iTunes, you do have the ability to sync files.

When you say files, it's just music, podcasts, photos, and videos correct? Basically whatever iTunes can see. I wish there was a way to transfer files over bluetooth. That at least opens the possibility of transferring mp3 ringtones to the phone like other phones.
