I did the 1.1.3 upgrade with about 2 screens of programs.
I used the Bosstool and I keep wi-fi off unless needed.

Now by noon I'm at 50% and by 3 at 25% and I'm not browsing the net or a heavy user.
When I had Jailbroken 1.1.1 I had much better battery life.

I have Summerboard and Customize too.
If it helps I can give a detailed list of programs.

When I open system info is there something I should see running which I should kill?

Just curious and would appreciate any help.

Did you also install Open SSH? Its a confirmed battery drain when left on. Use BossTool to turn that off also, you may need to enable that switch in the settings if you've turned it off by mistake.

I'm actually getting better battery life with 1.1.3 than I have on the previous firmwares. I got 3 days out of the phone last week, I was in the red when I got home from work on the 3rd day though, don't think I'll stretch it that far again. I'd normally go empty after just 1 day of iphoning from work.

What do you mean by "enable that switch in settings"?

the new openssh on installer states that it will not drain your battery life, ssh is dorment until it detects a ssh connection, when it does it becomes active, when your not using ssh its off, go under installer, find openssh, and read the info :)

You may want to check and see if you have the Bluetooth switched on also. If so, turn it off.
