i found these two external batteries that im thinking about getting that increase the life of the iphone and at least doubles it.

the second one is the one im probably going to be getting. not only does it give you more life, but it has an LED light for camera FLASH!! i know a lot of people have been complaining about not having that and i think it would be awesome to take pics in dark places too. the only thing is that it makes to phone thicker but who really cares anyways? :tounge:

is anyone else thinking of getting these?

that 2nd one is a cool idea. Makes the phone way to huge though. I dont even like using cases.

yeah, thats the only bad part, but the good might actually outweigh the bad...

Seems cool but such a high price to pay... I'll stick to charging mine every day or every other day

Yeah, i like the idea of having an extended battery but the aesthetics of the most beautiful device on the market would be somewhat compromised!

its really not a bad idea, .. but i just get the feeling this will harm the iphone's battery some how.

I checked both of these out as well. My preference was for the Mophie, but I noticed that the availability date has slipped from January to now March. In the end, I decided to go with the following:

That is a VERY cool product. Great for long flights that you use your iPod or iPhone for movies.
