1.1.2 to 1.1.3 error when updating

I have a 1.1.1 otb and went to 1.1.2 without issues. When I download the official 1.1.3, the phone crashes before it finishes up. I have tried twice now. Anyone with the same issues or someone that can hint how to get it right? I say yes to hackivation and yes to restore, it freezes up and messes up.

It's like a 3 minute process, I timed it and have video proof, lol. It's that easy.

all you do is update through iTunes to 1.1.3,

when it requires an activation, use ZiPhone,

it really is amazing.

so I update to 1.1.3 via iTunes then use the ziphone jailbreak and it will be unlocked? The jailbreaking sounds easy, but is there another step to unlock or anysim the phone? I'm currently on tmobile with the 1.1.1 to 1.1.2

I think that you can upgrade to 1.1.3 through iTunes, use ziphone, then use anySIM 1.3 to unlock it.

use ziphone like themanofthedark said, it unlocks your phone, activates it and even jailbrakes it for you! good gubbins!

Rather than start a new post thought i'd add to this one.... Can anyone offer some advice.

I have a OTB 1.1.2 iphone Jailbroken and unlocked on a UK carrier (Orange).

What i want to know is:-

Can i update to 1.1.3 via iTunes or download if available... then jailbreak (again) and then unlock again?

Can ZiPhone 2.2? do this.. not bothered about current apps will re-install everything after .. if the process works?

Any comments appreciated

with what method did you unlock? the software method, or with the ***SIM method?

and btw, if you go to 1.1.3, and use ziphone, your baseband will be downgraded to 04.02.13, so if you want, technically, go for it

I used the software to unlock version 1.1.2.

So by the sounds of it i can use ziphone to jailbreak & unlock after upgrading to 1.1.3.

Will it cause me any activation problems? mmm!
