Accidentally restored to 1.1.2 from 1.1.1 (Bricked???)

I think I'm in a deep mess here folks:

I had a jailbroken and unlocked 1.1.1 and tried to go to 1.1.2 by first doing the Oktoprep. I then accidentally selected the "Restore" instead of the "Upgrade" to 1.1.2.

Since then, I have not been successful at going back to 1.1.1 even after getting the phone out of restore mode using ibrickr AND then doing the DFU restore (as opposed to the regular restore).

I think my phone is hosed... this is so sad cuz I've helped my friends unlock 4 other phones and now I just killed mine cuz of a stupid careless mistake :angry:

I'm open to ideas or anthing you experts know I could do. I'm on Windows Live Messenger (pedram_amir@hotmail.com) if you want to walk me through a fix. I've sure helped some folks out before but the tables have now turned and I'd really appreciate some help on this.

Are you sure that you correctly put the phone into DFU restore mode? With the phone on and connected to your computer hold down the sleep/wake and the home button until you hear the sound that it has been disconnected from your computer. When you hear the disconnect sound let go of the sleep button but continue to hold the home button until the phone is recognized in iTunes.
