How to go from jailbroken and unlocked 1.0.2 to 1.1.3 pls!

I have a jailbroken and unlocked 1.0.2 which I would like to upgrade to 1.1.3 (jailbroken) and also unlocked so that I can use the phone with any carrier's SIM. I do not have an AT&T or other "Apple designated" SIM so I will not be able to activate the phone in that manner if that is what will be required. I shall be grateful for information on the steps to upgrade from a jailbroken and unlocked 1.0.2 to a jailbroken and unlocked 1.1.3. Many thanks.

if I have a Jailbroken and unlocked 1.0.2, not sure what method was used to unlock (does it matters at this stage still?)

Can I just Restore the whole thing to 1.1.3 and then run Ziphone method to jailbrake and unlock?
