Anysim: problem

hey,

Well i have installed anysim onto my iphone.

I 'slide to unlock'.

It loads.......

Then it finnishes and says anysim cannot unlock this phone. anysim will now quit.:foot:

this is really frustraiting me.

would really be happy if someone resolved this problem for me.

please provide the baseband (modem firmware)

and the first five digits of your serial number.

i also forgot to mention this phone has been unlocked once before. it got relocked because my bro installed 1.1.3.

again. give me the baseband.

I am almost positive it will be 04.03.13 or 04.02.13.

if so, you'll need to downgrade it using these steps.

go to installer,

hit system category,

install BSD subsystem

hit unlocking tools,

download and install Baseband Downgrader.

then restore to 1.1.1 again, rejailbreak and unlock using AnySim 1.1.

i installed bsd subsystem. but i cant seem to access it.

no no..

after you install BSD subsystem,

you can go back to the install tab at the bottom of installer,

and then find unlocking tools, hit that,

then hit baseband downgrader.

make sure, though, that you go to Settings --> General --> Auto-Lock --> [Never]

i have a similar kind of prob too. my phone was unlocked at 1.0.2 with anysim, but decided to upgrade to 1.1.1. The upgrade and jailbreak went fine, but i cant seem to unlock the phone with anysim. It gives me the same error as above.

And when i look at settings--> general -> about....my phone doesnt seem to have any IMEI or any Modem firmware#. Is this normal???

Can i use restore in Itunes and go straight to 1.1.4 and then use ziphone? or will this brick my phone??
