I found a really good stuff for attach the iPhone in my car. Check the website : http://www.thesmacker.com

The smack can be used anywhere with your iPhone or iPod, it must be attached to a clean and smooth surface.

A video is avaible here (http://www.franceplastic.com/wiki/Videosmackers.mp4)

Use the "Smack eco" for the iPhones, cost less than 5 dollars :)

I hope you will enjoy it like me.

Wow. I'd be so nervous attaching the iPhone to the dash with this. It may work perfectly, but isn't this just a double sided suction cup? If it looses suction, the chance of cracking your screen is great. Is the material different then a normal suction mount?

It just looks like such a bad idea!

I dunno, Paul. The odds are you're phone would land on carpet if it fell. Unless you drive an Element!

It may not break the glass, but it would still hit the center console gear shift area first... I'm not going to try it! :laugh2:

If it works, it would be AMAZING. I'm too scared to try it. hahaha I'd love to hear from people if they do actually pick one up. You know, for that price, maybe I'll nab one and test it for awhile with something else of similar weight on my dash...

The image of my iphone landing face down on my billit aluminum shifter knob is gonna keep me from trying out this one.

Anyone try this out for their iPhone yet? I wanna use it with my Incase Slider case (http://www.goincase.com/products/style/slider). You think it's gonna stick? haha.
