Lost my Contact List

While I was syncing my Iphone it erased all of my contacts. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it. I see that there are backups but I cannot seem to access them. Please help

The only time I lost my contacts is when restoring. But it asks you if you want to backup and I said yes. So when it was restoring it asks to load from backup. I said yes. So try a restore if you have it backed up. If you dont then I'm not sure I'd you can retrieve them

if you want to check if you backed the iphone: open itunes, go to preferances and then go to syncing. If your iphone "name" is there, your in luck, if not i am sorry.
