email address stored in iphone

How do you delete an email address that keeps "appearing" (when iphone tries to autofill the rest of the email address) yet it is not assigned to any of my contacts? I have already tried to soft reset it and restore it.

Yes, I was going to post a new topic but good thing I searched first.

I would like to know if the previous email contacts can be deleted as well. I've noticed that every single contact that I have emailed, or has emailed me, is stored in the iPhone.

I would like to be able to clear all of the non important ones out and just keep the emails for my contacts to show up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated =)
