Hey guys I've been trying to look for a program that allows me to edit music example : cut off 10 sec of the song and save that 10 sec and add it to the ring tone to my iphone, any help?.

I use WavePad. http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/masters.html It's free unless you want a professional edition, but for what you want to do the free version works fine. Its available for both Mac and Wintel.

GarageBand. It comes with the Mac and is free. It can also record audio, so yo can create ringtones from songs off of YouTube or SeeqPod.
