umm ok some how when i try to download a app like 2.3 MB
it just download like 5% and freeze
i waited like half an hour and it still doesn't do anything
i try again but same result

My phone isn't jailbroken but try restarting it then try to download again.

like alot
i would turn it fully off then on and try again
but same result

If it's doing it to every app that you are trying to download you might want to restore and add it all back on again.
