So I am getting a MacBook this weekend. I will be using it as my primary computer, but right now my primary computer is a Gateway w/ Vista.
I know that when I plug my iPhone in I will have to reformat it, so I will loose all of my information. This isnt a problem, as I will just put my music onto the MacBook. But is there a way to transfer my Windows Vista contacts onto the MacBook so I dont have to re enter all of them into my new computer?

You shouldn't have to reformat your iPhone. It's the same for Mac and PC. When you first connect it to the Mac, iTunes will ask you if you want to replace the info on the phone (no!!!) or merge (Yes!)your contacts/cal/bookmarks info (the stuff under the "info" tab).

I forgot to say: welcome to the Mac world.
