my phone will not let me add icons to my homepage from webpages.

when i had a jailbroken 1.1.3 it would let me but
when i restored it to 1.1.3 it will not let me now??
can anyone help please.

You need to power down the phone and then turn back on. If that did not correct it then you need to do another restore.
