Help with home icons/ themes

Hey yall I just jailbroke my phone and was wondering how i get a background on my home screen or change the buttons up for phone/safari/ipod etc

You can download different themes with Installer or a whole bumch of different backgrounds from there as well. Do you already have Installer on your phone?

yes i have installer but was wondering how i get different themes from sites

Not too fond of the ones summerboard offers
