Hi everyone. I just had a few questions that I had trouble searching for the specific answer.
My cousin who has TMobile really wants to get an iPhone. My question is if version 1.1.3 can be unlocked or not. We were thinking about getting an iPhone at an AT&T Wireless store since I would think their stock wouldn't be as up to date then an Apple store.
Second, I know I've read it before, but "unlocking" is to use a different carrier and "jailbraking" is to put apps on the iPhone, right?
Third, if my cousin's phone is unlocked, can he still update to 1.1.3?
