I work with alot of millionaires, they will squable over 100's of dollars in a project...then when something like this comes out they buy one for each member of the family without blinking.:gasp:

thats not a jailbroken phone. its a picture of hte phone while it was still in development

but i do kinda like that case...although i dont like using a case. cases just make the phone fat

No. While it was still in development. As in, pre-1.0.0, before the release, before AT&T rebranded everything from cingular. Evaluation handsets were sent to accessory makers prior to the release, so there are probably plenty of cases and other accessories that are still shown with that pre-release version of the phone in their photos.
