Getting Family plan, but GF is not getting an iphone

This is not clear to me yet. I see that as a new ATT/iPhone customer I can sign up for a family plan, but what do I do if my gf doesn't want an iphone?

Yeah I'm in the same boat with you tasslehawf.

I'm gonna assume that it is $10 per regular line added (not iPhone) just like the regular family plan...but then again I don't run ATT. or anything for that matter.

It is 29.99 per additional iphone in the family plan the family rate is just for one iphone every other is 29.00 9.99 for the extra lina and 20.00 unlimited internet

I wonder if the unlimited data would cover a smartphone? I might get her a treo or something like that...

i confirmed with a store and an associate that it is 9.99 per additional line
