How do I put new files on Iphone

I have an OTB 1.1.2 jailbroke SSH enabled and has Installer. Not sure how to use SSH but how can I get files such as keyboard background file or apps that are not in installer onto Iphone?

Themes into phone u need winzip or winrar on your pc to unzip the files and then u SSH them or use a program like ibrickr to put the wallpaper,icons,dock,etc onto your phone.
