handbreak not working

i am trying to put a video on my phone, and its only taking about 20 min. for 2 tasks, when b4 it would take about 8 hours, nad the video doent even show up in the folder i save it to...any i deas ??

Reinstall handbrake.

i have and still not working, its the new RE 3 its an hour 30 min. video, and says it takes about 40 min. total to "rip it" but then the video isnt on my pc :angry:
