Erasing info on phone

Hey all, tried to search but could not find anything. Make a long story short. I lost my phone and got it back. Phone is somewhat broken. I want to sell it on ebay but keep the jailbreak and other software in it. How can I erase my info on it while leaving the apps and 1.1.1. software on it ?

Are you able to turn it on?

If so then delete your contacts, notes, sms etc.

Hey KNK, I can turn it on and everything. Half the screen is messed up but if you know where the buttons are it can be used. Bigger queston is when I sell it will they be able to get any of my info from it ?

Settings, General, reset, Erase all content and settings.
Now I don't know how that will affect the 3rd party software, but it will definitely clear all personal data.
