This is so weird because I've listened to "Relax" by Mika like 50 times in the last 2 days. I didn't think many other people knew of Mika.

I knew of them about a year back...
Oh, it would be a tie between the anthology version of I am the walrus - by the beatles and vato by snoop dogg
I have mixed tastes.
Everything from acdc to mcr to audioslave to nine inch nails to snoop dogg to the bealtes..
But favorite artist? The beatles.

Haha I can't blame you, I've done and said similar things before and then I'm just in disbelief at myself. I think it's all the excitement for MacWorld '08 buzzing around that has people off.

dammit I can't wait for macworld 08...
I will kill something if there isn't an iPhone update.
I wonder what the 'one more thing' will be?

You know what, I already feel weird typing '07. Despite it being the 12th, '07 already feels a while back. It's a nice feeling.

I just can't comprehend how a mans voice can go that high.

Haha I agree that his voice gets crazy high, but have you heard this guy? It's more than disturbing. *Sorry for embedding iPhone users*

nope - snowboarding! i can ski, but i'm terrible at it. i'm the kind of skier that snowplows down the entire mountain and loses each ski and pole when i fall, and that happens often. :tounge: i'm much better at boarding... :laugh2:

You know what song i believe will never die?
Real Love, by the Beatles.
it is on the Anthology 2 album
here it is..

Most people think that Lennon, Harrison are here no more; wrong!!!
Every time you want to hear'em again just play their songs and youll discover the truth; death can't kill a song, death will never take the Beatles!!!
You know, this song could be the soundtrack to my life. What a beautiful video to go along with it. Cheers to Paul, George, and Ringo for putting it together. I remembered hearing this song for the first time and how it put a lump in my throat. It still does the exact same thing to this day, every time. Bravo to the uploader.

Being a father of 3 young pre-teen girls, I find that I have no recourse but to listen (and, gulp,) like Hannah Montana and High School Musical. Ever heard of A Clockwork Orange?
It's not my fault. My kids do enjoy KISS. Just not enough to save me from the Disney Channel.

I prefer Free as a Bird if we're talking post mortem songs. In either case, both are very rough and I'm not as keen on them as their original stuff. I'm not knocking the Beatles, I like them very much, I own every first print vynil they've released and have both their US and UK catalogues. I enjoy hearing their music in today's music, the most recent inspiration I've heard is probably New Soul by Yael Naim. I'm just more partial to the music they layed down together as a band. I really didn't follow anyone's solo career other than John's, and even that was a little off the wall for my tastes.

My current fav song: Digital Love by Daft Punk
Went dancing alone last saturday night and met someone who's been stuck in my mind ever since. Was in the gym yesterday and decided to listen to some Daft Punk to amp up my routine speed. Once it landed on Digital Love I kinda lost focus and started reflecting upon that fateful saturday night.

no, I agree, but IMO, Free as A Bird has Johns voice too streched out and whatever, whereas Real Love sounds more "real".
However.
I love Let It Be, Hey Jude, While My Guitar Gently Weeps, and A Day in the Life but the best best one I have ever heard is the anthology2 version of I am the Walrus.
