well I know I'm kinda new here but I've searched many different sites for iPhone wallpapers and I haven't seen an animated one yet so I do not think it's possible yet.

you can try setting an animated .gif as a wallpaper, i dont know if it works tho. some programs just freeze the image.

I don't think an animation is possible. I have tons on my phone and they don't show as animation, it's just shown as a pic. So, that sucks, but hopefully in Feb, that will change, amongst other things.

Yes I tried, and did not work.

If we get flash, it will maybe work, we have to wait and see.
