Best Calendar Sync That Isn't Outlook

What could I use to enter my schedule on the computer and sync to my computer besides Microsoft Outlook? I do only own a PC, so I regrettably cannot use Mac software.

Jailbroken or stock? If jailbroken, I like SyncJe a lot to sync wirelessly with Google Calendar ...
