Head Phone Problems

My head phones are brand new, i went to the apples store, and they replaced them. they work on the phones at the store, but the mico will not work on my phone? (when i click it, it will not answer a call or play the ipod ) does any one know why? could use some advise.

take it back to the apple store and show them what you're doing. Either you're doing something wrong that they can help you with, or you can exchange your phone for another.
