That is pretty interesting but with no authentication other than a pin on the phone I would think that it would be a theft risk for anyone that can get their hands on your phone. No key needed, just open the windows, remotely start the vehicle and take off.

Thats funny, the same thing could happen if someone gets thier hands on your keys.

Land Rover is integrating somthing similar in thier LRX Concept vehicle

Very cool find. I would also be a bit nervous about the theft thing, but I'm sure there would be ways to make it more secure.
